It's Been Awhile

It's been awhile since I've posted any pictures so I figured I better. This first one was taken a few weeks ago. They all piled into the chair and then asked me to take a picture! Gotta love it! This past weekend the kids and I went to my parent's house. My Nana is in the hospital with pneumonia. The kids didn't get to see her, but they had a ball with my parents and my sisters. Kara bought them all kites and helped them fly the kites in my parent's backyard. Bobo's got very high! (Bobo, Kara, and Princess in pic)

My dad bought me some running shoes for my birthday! Yay! I tried on lots of pink ones, but these metallic green ones fit the best. I'm gonna have to get a green and black running outfit for the 5K now!=)

I ran in them on Saturday. They felt great! Last Tuesday and Thursday I did my running, er...jogging, on the treadmill at my in-laws, but on Saturday I ran, er...jogged, around the track at the highschool my mom teaches at. It is much easier jogging on the treadmill. I'm glad I thought to practice outside b/c boy would I have been in for a shock in April!

Some prayer requests...Marianne is sick and Makenna is having seizures. God has told us to WAIT and BELIEVE. Please pray for supernatural strength for Marianne while she takes care of the kids despite being sick and please pray that the kids don't get sick. Please pray that God provides Marianne with sleeping opportunities and restful sleep. Also, please pray for perseverance while we wait with eager anticipation. Also, my Nana is getting better, but it is slow going. If any of you have prayer requests please leave them in a comment and I will gladly join with you in prayer. One last one...I haved lived one full week in freedom and it is so sweet! Please continue to pray that I STAND FIRM and fall more in love with Jesus every day! I'm praying the same for all of you!
